Numerous people successfully installed vista on qemu. I'm able to bootstrap (pass the ACPI test), and do most of the installation, but I still get the d0000144 error message.
1) Someone had reported that they where able to pass this point, could you share your configuration?
2) What is the error d0000144 exactly, is an ide.c problem?
