Hi - I'm writing a front-end for QEmu, and one problem I had was activating
full-screen mode. Sending ctrl-alt-f to the QEmu window via XSendEvent seems
to send it to the guest operating system - this may be because I've
reparented the window inside my app. To me, the cleanest way would seem to be
to be able to control this feature from the monitor over a pipe, as is
possible for almost all the other features.

An implementation which is probably much less clean than the idea is at
http://files.fredemmott.co.uk/fullscreen_monitor.diff.bz2

Please CC any replies, as I'm not on this list.

Regards,
