FWIW I'm still unable to run Solaris 10/x86 in qemu on NetBSD 2.0 with this, there appear to be problems with the Java installer getting a segfault. Plus the mouse driver jumps around, but that's not specific to Solaris, it happens on all client operating systems.

Sorry, but those patches are not in a state where I can apply them. More work is needed to simplify them.
