Fixed the problems with it working with WinXP...
Ping times from another machine to a FreeBSD QEMU instance averages as
low as 0.7mS ... And without the packet loss I have been experiencing
with the previous NIC implementation. A ping flood against a WinXP QEMU
instance doesn't drop a packet with an average response of 25mS (but it
does max out the CPU)
Attached is the source... A nicer patch will be available soon.
