this is the line from my /etc/sudoers
rudi ALL=NOPASSWD: /etc/qemu-ifup-sudo
replace "rudi" with your username. the key is the "NOPASSWD:" keyword.

about the ne2000... i suppose it is too old and has been dropped from the
windows driver pool.
