.. can bitmap_table be just a list of dicts as well, not {entries: <list of

I'd prefer to get rid of Qcow2HeaderExtensionsDoc.

Could we just do something like json.dumps(self.extensions, indent=4, 
cls=ComplexEncoder) ?
