[PATCH RESEND v2 26/32] hw/display: Let devices own the MemoryRegion they create

Avoid orphan memory regions being added in the /unattached QOM
container.

This commit was produced with the Coccinelle script
scripts/coccinelle/memory-region-housekeeping.cocci.
