DESCRIPTIVES Not Running

I just upgraded to version GNU pspp 2.0.0-g5b54d1 and I am finding this problem: 

At the end of a program that processes and calculates data, and continues to work, the Descriptive no longer runs and there are no error messages.
Attached is an Excel spreadsheet with the code.
