I neither understand the question nor the answer. Why would you like to build PSPP on windows on your own when a simple googling of "PSPP Window"" provides you with https://sourceforge.net/projects/pspp4windows/files/2015-02-10/pspp-084-20150210-32bits-Setup.exe/download a build dated 10th february 2015 ? "it's possible that no one on this list actually compiles PSPP on Windows." Really ? Did you read the list ? And why it is said to be difficult to use PSPP on windows ? Did you use it on windows ?
