$ locate -i pspp.so
/usr/lib/pspp/libpspp.so
/usr/local/lib/perl/5.14.2/auto/PSPP/PSPP.so
libpspp-core-0.7.9.so and libpspp-0.7.9.so are the ones you need.
If you have them installed, but you still get that error, then I
presume you need to set your PERL5LIB variable (or use some other
perlmongery) so that they can be found by perl.
