translation

Hi

I tried to pick-up the dutch translation again. Unfortunately it seems
I am not able to let PSPPIRE use the dutch translation anymore. I use
the discription at
http://jstover.motd.org/cgi-bin/oddmuse.cgi/Localization_and_Translations
and pspp-master-20090410. The .mo file is created and installed, but I
don't see the dutch translations in the program. I tested this on
openSUSE 11.1.

Any hints of what I do wrong?
