Details:

I would love to have a GUI for the configuration settings of PSPPIRE and some
settings added.

A good place to do this could be in the "utilities" tab an additional
"options". In addition to the current settings I would like to see:

- Language: a drop downbox with "automatic" = system default or english and
an entry for every language where a .po is available. Initial should be
automatic.

- Decimal Separator: radio button with point and comma. Initial should be
system-default
- Workfiles directory: a textbox. Initial should be the current directory
where psppire.txt is written

I guess the current settings could be also implemented. For instance:
- Mode: radio button with Batch or Interactive. Initial should be Batch.
Effects the option -i
- Command set: radio button with "Compatible (SPSS syntax)" "Enhanced".
Default is Enhanced. (this would be for -a and -x)

- Verbose level: drop down box with the 5 levels of --verbose) Default is 0.
Etc

These options should be synchronised with the current configuration file(s).
