What do you mean by "it doesn't work"?  Are the symptoms different
from before?  The first thing to do, is to discover whether the dll is
failing to load, or if it's loading but crashing.

Try using strace. Or you could edit the file glade-register.c and put
a printf statement in the function glade_module_register_widgets and
see if that's getting called at all.
