Resigning PSPP

Hi Guys,

Hereby I resign my position as PSPP Webmaster. Because I have
discovered a new time consuming hobby in "the real world" I descide to
resign.

A few months ago I've made (together with John) a new weblayout for
the PSPP webpage based on CSS. I've commited it to CVS for later use:
