I'm hoping to release 0.4.0 this weekend. I haven't done it so
far because (1) the summer quarter at Stanford started this week,
and I'm teaching, and (2) my wife and I are moving from Palo Alto
to San Mateo this and next week. Busy busy. Anyway, let's hope
for this weekend or next.
