When I try to run the command file you specify, I get an
apparently infinite flood of
libplot: not drawing a text string that is positioned too far for X11
libplot: truncating a polyline that extends too far for X11
in my xterm. Any idea about that? If not, I'll take a shot at
debugging the libplot interfacing a bit.
