The jitter-generated file libpoke/pvm-vm2.c cannot be built with LTO.  Right
now this causes distros like Fedora, that normally builds everything with LTO,
to disable LTO builds for poke.

We should filter out lto options from CFLAGS just to build pvm-vm2.c.
