[PATCH] Prevent libpoke from linking against libtextstyle

Hi all,

As discussed on IRC, this is a small patch to prevent `-ltextstyle` from 
being added to LIBS globally. Instead, $(LTLIBTEXTSTYLE) is used to add 
the needed flags for just the poke binary.

Note, this patch does not solve the entire problem of libpoke.so linking 
against libtextstyle. For that the patchset proposed by Tim is also 
required.

As a bonus there is a tiny cleanup patch. I'll push both together once 
its okay.
