Hi José,
> I cannot reproduce the failure.
I can reproduce the failure, when 'poke' is run as root.
$ src/poke
(poke) .file /etc/passwd
The current IOS is now `/etc/passwd'.
(poke) .file /dev/null
The current IOS is now `/dev/null'.
(poke) .info ios
Id Mode Position Name
* #1 rw 0x00000000#b /dev/null
#0 r 0x00000000#b /etc/passwd
(poke)
$ sudo src/poke
(poke) .file /etc/passwd
The current IOS is now `/etc/passwd'.
(poke) .file /dev/null
The current IOS is now `/dev/null'.
(poke) .info ios
Id Mode Position Name
* #1 rw 0x00000000#b /dev/null
#0 rw 0x00000000#b /etc/passwd
