Patch to Contrib/windows_installer

Hi,

Can you please patch the readme file in the windows_installer
directory from saying:

Written by Neil Mitchell, address@hidden for help if
required, or the Pingus mailing list.

To:

Written by Neil Mitchell, ndmitchell -AT- gmail.com for help if
required, or the Pingus mailing list.

I have changed my email, and rarely check the old one. A few days ago
I had someone enquire about the installer to the old address, and
almost missed it.

For general information, this is my new email address, if anyone does
need to contact me :)
