There already is, just not very convenient one. See 'mail-settings.inc':

  $mail_forwards = Array(
    "address@hidden" => "address@hidden",
    "address@hidden" => null
  );

Now that we've got MySQL, this could easily be replaced with a database 
lookup. It would basically just require some sort of login management page, 
just like the "remove your own comments" feature.
