Have you previously added the Pingus level file MIME type to Mozilla? If so, I 
suspect Mozilla wants to add the old .plf extension as it thinks it's 
missing. You should change it from 'plf' to 'pingus' from
Edit / Preferences / Navigator / Helper apps / File types / Edit.
