Hi

I'm just doing some more on the readme, and I have run into the following
problems that I don't know the answers to, but which are rather crucial to
the readme.

How do you install Pingus on Linux? I mean from the binary releases.

How do you make Pingus run a level that is not in the standard game menu,
i.e. from the wip directory or other?
