Pingus release 0.6.1 planned - your help is requested to make it better

I'd like to finally get a new release out, but there are a few people
how intended to add contributions which didn't arrive so far. Therefore
I'd like to ask those persons first about the status in order to find
out, wheter we should wait for them or not. I've sent copies to those I
identified through the archives, if I forgot something, just speak up.
Things I remembered/found:

- Polish and hungarian translations were said to be in work - are they 
  near completion or abandoned?
- Swedish translation covers only the .po file, not the tutorial levels.
- French and Czech could use an update to working fonts, adding accents.
- I'd like to provide a Win32 binary. Since I don't have the required 
  tools, I hope that Kenneth Gangstoe will create one again?
- It would be nice to include the level comment tool, what's to do?
- There was an announcment of a finished latin1 version of expletive 
  deleted font but so far I've only seen a preview version. State of 
  latin2 is unknown.
- Anyone interested in spellchecking any translation? We've got many 
  corrections for english - which was done by non-native speakers - but 
  I've also found many errors in the german translations I did.
- Add something I forgot here.
