Warning to everyone doing a translation

I forgot to mention: this change will make CVS delete the old level 
files on update. I'm not sure what it does if they are locally changed 
but it's a good idea to make a copy of anyone level file with a 
translation first. Since nothing but the file ending changed, a simple 
copy and past will be enough to get your translations into the new files.
