Hey guys,
I tried. But I didn't get along compiling ClanLib.
Problem was the following:
--------------------Konfiguration: clanCore - Win32
Debug--------------------
Bibliothek wird erstellt...
Microsoft (R) Library Manager Version 6.00.8168
Copyright (C) Microsoft Corp 1992-1998. All rights reserved.
winmm.lib ddraw.lib dsound.lib dinput.lib dxguid.lib ws2_32.lib zlib.lib
LINK : fatal error LNK1181: Eingabedatei "zlib.lib" kann nicht geoeffnet
werden
Fehler beim Ausführen von link.exe.
Example2D.exe - 1 Fehler, 0 Warnung(en)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
obviously zlib.lib cannot be opened. I downloaded and decompressed zlib
to the directory I specified in the ClanLib Configure-Program as Library
input. Any idea where the zlib.lib goes after compiling? Or does VC++
compile it automatically with ClanLib anyway? I did not compile zlib on
it's own, because I didn't know how to do that (no dsp/dsw, how do I
know the files needed?).
I have not yet compiled/installed Hermes because on the developers
Webpage it's not in the CVS-Section anymore. Do I still need it?
Greetings
Björn
