This also applies to levels 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13.
In levels 6, 9, 11, 15 it is difficult to prevent the first penguins from
dying as the level scrolls to the exit before you can catch what happens
to your penguins.
Level 14 would need some more bridgers to become a playable tutorial
level.
Levels 17 to 21 seem not to be implemented, right? ;)
All other Worlds fail to load due to a segfault.
