plf -> xml conversion

Any volunteers to convert the remaining plf levels to xml? Plf support
is now striped from the lastest CVS and will not come back. The latest
Pingus version with plf compability is tagged with:

undo_point_25_08_2002

Use:

% cvs update -dP -r undo_point_25_08_2002

to get it.

To convert a level you simply load it into the editor and save it by
adding a .xml. One should also check that all traps are still in
place, since there where some positioning bugs in the code.

Any volunteers for that job?
