Work on the wiki by starting to create help files for the normal users for
each app.

Also review and contribute to any admin or developer docs that you are able to
please

The outline of the concept of how the wiki can be transported to become the
main phpgw docs is outlined there (on the wiki)

Someone should check the manual app and make sure that it works suitably to be
used for the user help discussed above.
