[Phpgroupware-developers] feature freeze for release branch 0.9.16

hey,
i would like to remind you, the feature freeze for the 0_9_16-branch is
now in place. app developers which are working on new features for their apps
have to commit them to HEAD only from now on. only bug fix commits are
permitted to the 0_9_16-branch.
tomorrow (05/10) we will create the phpgroupware-0_9_16-RC1 packages and
make them available in the download section of phpgroupware.org for testing.
