If you can run PHP with the Netscape server, it should work OK.  The
support for MSSQL in phpGW is probably not up to speed with MySQL or
PostgreSQL, but people have been known to use it.

You should just try to set up PHP and get it configured properly for use
with MSSQL.  Then try to install and see what happens.  If you have any
issues, just send them to the list or submit a bug report.
