One of use misunderstands what Ryan wants to do.  What I understodd is that
he wants to centralize mangement of the accounts for email and phpGW.  Since
phpGW has the ability to auth to pop3/imap it makes most sence to have phpgw
automaticaly create an account with some default settings when a user first
tries to login using a valid email login and password.
