SCO has enough troubles already.
SCO now begs the court to postpone its bankruptcy by. Man pages are included of course. He provided a declaration for IBM stating that SCO's allegations aren't true.
SCO knew what was in there with specificity, he testifies, and released under the GPL knowingly. This is the list of IBM exhibits in support of IBM's various summary judgment motions. And I can't write anything about what IBM has allegedly done, because SCO won't tell us. The DVD is one honking PDF. Please start a new thread called New Mistakes, so I can find it easily. For example, IPX was contributed to Linux by SCO.
Then pull up a chair, my friends.
SCO has enough troubles already.
Obviously that didn't happen.
The article has one funny bit. And why didn't they wish to invest directly?
A volunteer informs me that he picked up the DVD from the courthouse, and I'll begin sharing it with you bit by bit. Maybe it was to just have something folks could pay attention to, so they wouldn't notice that IBM just dumped a load of bricks on SCO's head. He didn't have to do that.
We must prepare ourselves for the demise of those claims. I'm wondering now if Mr.
But let's let Goldfarb tell his own story and I'll get the PDF up as soon as I can. The article has one funny bit. SCO was keeping them on artificial respiration anyhow, despite there being no brain wave activity.
If that were true, then how come they didn't at least know about the methods and concepts being in there?
I appreciate it very much. That's what the experts are probably trying to figure out, at least SCO's experts, although with no specific code to work with, they may be having a hard time doing the math. And I can't write anything about what IBM has allegedly done, because SCO won't tell us.
What would be the business purpose here?
According to the Declaration, Richard Emerson was not the only Microsoft employee Goldfarb was dealing with in connection with the BayStar investment in SCO. The DVD is one honking PDF.
