[pdf-devel] Floating-point arithmetic module

A sketch of the API for the floating-point arithmetic module is now in
gnupdf.texi. There is also information in:

Hardy, could you please take a look to the API? We may need
`pdf_real_t->string' and `string->pdf_real_t' functions, rounding
functions, etc. Please note that the new architecture locates the
basic floating-point functionality in the Base Layer and the notion of
PDF functions (like any other PDF common data type) in the Document
Layer.
