The e1fdd8a3 commit was cherry-picked into the 3.5.1 maintenance
branch and rolled up to the master and next branches.

The other two bug fixes on your vocodergrc branch (old doxygen groups,
uninstall target for howto) were already cherry-picked by Tom onto the
maintenance branch as well, so that should cover everything.

Thanks for doing these.

In the future, for bug fixes, it would be helpful to make a branch off
'maint' for each of your fixes; it makes it easier to merge and test
them.
