FYI, the reasons we haven't put the config_mimo() function in the
Python API are that a) the MIMO functionality is still not fully
implemented, and b) we don't yet have a clean way to export firmware
constants via SWIG into the Python API.  You're patch does everything
else correctly, but you have to pass a raw integer rather than say,
MC_WE_LOCK_TO_SMA.
