osip contains 2 libraries: so the linker flag sould be -losip -lfsmtl.

I suspect you have an old version installed on your system. (probably
one in /usr/lib and another one in /usr/local. Remove all the includes
from both and recompile using:

libosip-0.8.6 and partysip-0.4.4

Note that partysip-0.4.4's behavior is not always the one expected
because the statefull mode is not finished. It will be in a week.
