GNU Parallel merchandise

I am trying to get a packaged deal on:

  1 GNU Parallel T-shirt (Logo on chest)
  100 GNU Parallel postcards (the front will have the 9 parallel bars
but no text. The back will have text on the lower 20%, so it should be
possible to use it for a gift card).
  1 GNU Parallel pen (Logo on handle)
  1 GNU Parallel coffee mug (will be compatible with other fluid drinks, too)

To see if this financially will make sense I need to get an idea of
how much people would be willing to pay for such a package (if
anything at all).

I know you probably want to have a different package than everyone
else, but that will make it harder for me to negotiate a good deal, so
please focus on the package above (and just price the things you do
not want at 0 EUR).

How much would you be willing to pay excluding shipping? And including shipping?
