[paragui-dev] the next patch: menu usability

Hi,

here is yet another patch: The menus can be used like "normal" menus:
one can select an entry with click mouse button - select entry -
release button.
To allow that, I had to add the mechanism to get the mouse button state
from an EventSupplier and therefore rename GetMousePosition to
GetMouseState.
