        * fixed missing condition in ownItemToUpdDataSource.
        * uses the wait.nebc.
        * has the new scheme of commits.
        - take out some newRecord()'s (the ones after clear()'s) and
        autofillbysequence()'s (no more needed).
        * generalized the way to set the result.
        ! its identation sucks.
