Cheers, FelixRegarding switching to a newer version if you have changes, it is usually best/easiest if you start a new personal branch based on the version you want to use and re-apply your changes on top of that...Hi Joseph,in AUTO1 it only switches to HOME mode if RC_REALLY_LOST (which happens after RC_REALLY_LOST_TIME, so ~1s).On Mon, Jun 8, 2015 at 9:41 PM, Joseph Muhlhausen <address@hidden> wrote:Hi Felix,Ah I forgot to attach the data file sorry about that! Although if messages come at different rates it is probably my radio signal that got lost for a split second. Is there anyway to add a 1s delay before switching to HOME mode?About updating to 5.4. When I do a git pull from my branch I get a lot of conflicts that need to be manually resolved. Do I need to checkout branch v5.4 and then make changes to it myself? Thanks,JosephOn Sun, Jun 7, 2015 at 9:48 AM, Felix Ruess <address@hidden> wrote:Cheers, FelixHi Joseph,I presume you have read https://wiki.paparazziuav.org/wiki/Failsafe#Home_mode ?
Regarding the log: without the .data file that contains the actual logged data, the .log file is not really of much use...Since not all messages come at the same rate, it can sometimes look like the the events have different order at first glance.e.g. consider the following:- everything ok- send current rc status in FBW_STATUS message- you loose RC and go to HOME mode- send PPRZ_MODE message that says you are in home mode- send FBW_STATUS message again that shows that you lost RCOn a sidenote: I also recommend to upgrade to the latest stable version (currently v5.4.2)On Mon, Jun 1, 2015 at 12:51 AM, Joseph Muhlhausen <address@hidden> wrote:_______________________________________________Hi all,On my last flight my autopilot switched to HOME mode during takeoff. I usually toss the plane in AUTO1 and immediately switch to AUTO2. The plane seems to have lost radio signal for a split second but when I look at the log it looks like the HOME mode was triggered before that. Attached are the logs and flight plan. I am using version 5.0.1I can't figure out why the plane switched to HOME mode... Has this happened to anyone? Thanks,Joseph
