This is probably related to speed controller calibration not servo.  The speed controller might be set to start at 1100 while the other speed controllers are set to start at 1150 for example. So when the value gets to 1100 just one motor will start.  You should follow the speed controller instructions so that all are calibrated the same way.

Hi, guys:

While testing the apogee board, I found that one motor always firstly start
to roll, and last stop running. Maybe it relates to :
    <servo name="NE"    no="0" min="1000" neutral="1100" max="1900"/>
    <servo name="SE"    no="1" min="1000" neutral="1100" max="1900"/>
    <servo name="SW"    no="2" min="1000" neutral="1100" max="1900"/>
    <servo name="NW"    no="3" min="1000" neutral="1100" max="1900"/>

And I find some tools for calibrating in the directory of
sw/tools/calibration but no tools for servo.

I'll appreciate that if some one could tell me is there a tool for calibrate
servos.
