Did you load the digital_cam module of your choice?

You have to provide the appropriate defines for LINE_START_FUNCTION and LINE_STOP_FUNCTION if you want to use it together with the digital_cam module.

The function (or statement) you want executed at line start/stop depends on which digital_cam module you use, just like for the other surveys...
