Heinrich,

Did the RTK solution work at more than a few meters per second? I thought pure GPS carrier phase ambiguity resolution didn't work with a moving GPS, something like supplementary inertial measurement was necessary.

If the thesis is in English, can I have a copy too please?

there is a GPL project in Japan (Kinematic and RTKLIB) for precise positions estimation.
You need high cpu power (beagle overo), 2 ublox T modules to get the pseudo ranges, and a radio link  to implement it.
In 2009 we tested it  by  a student work. It works.
