Hi Martin,
there is a GPL project in Japan (Kinematic and RTKLIB) for precise
positions estimation.
You need high cpu power (beagle overo), 2 ublox T modules to get the
pseudo ranges, and a radio link to implement it.
In 2009 we tested it by a student work. It works.
