Lucid is fine. But you need to add the paparazzi-uav ppa:

For Ubuntu the ENAC repo only contains some older packages... unless you need some of these older versions you can remove it from your sources.list

I am running Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Lucid Lynx so probably i need to update my ubuntu version?
