Hmm I don't know about restrictions in Australia, probably most of them make no sense.
However, I woud feel terrible if some evil-minded individual would create a weapon powered by Paparazzi that would kill people.

Perhaps in Australia hardware that could possibly run Paparazzi should be given another name.
