Hi Martial,
it seems ivy-ocaml amd64 package hasn't been copied to the ENAC
Paparazzi Ubuntu oneiric repository.
Meanwhile you can add the Ubuntu paparazzi-uav ppa
https://launchpad.net/~paparazzi-uav/+archive/ppa
and install the ivy-ocaml package from there.
