I found was was causing it, i had defined:
<define name="AUTO_THROTTLE_DASH_TRIM"    value="5000" unit="pprz_t"/>,
when i changed it to:
<define name="AUTO_THROTTLE_DASH_TRIM"     value="-5000" unit="pprz_t"/>
everything returned to normal.
Can you explain to me what exactly this setting does?
