[Paparazzi-devel] USB Error

Hi All

I hope you can help me with a maybe simple problem.

I have set up a new computer with Ubuntu 11.04 the newest Paparazzi version 
from GIT. Everything works fine but flashing.

When i want to flash the sw to the hardware i get the following error message 
(where the ###... use tho be):

 .USB error: Operation not permitted

Found USB device
unlock failed

How do i unlock the USB?
