Thank you Martin,

I fixed the problem, for same reason the GPS lost some configuration parameters

so used the u-center to update the Firmware and reconfigure it again as described in the wiki

now all works fine !

as described the peripheral clock is increased automatically (30MHz instead of 15MHz). You can do that manually by setting USE_USB_HIGH_PCLK.

The warnings are from the USB stack - they should not harm. Would be great if you could fix them.
